Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our beverages, Grassias LLC does not accept returns of opened or used products.
Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@drinkgrassias.com within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence to request a replacement or refund.
